As a Software Engineer you are part of a tight-knit mid-sized team of smart software engineers at Denuvos HQ in Salzburg Austria. You are responsible for developing and operating cloud applications and services for Denuvos Anti-Piracy and Anti-Cheat offerings which are used by the worlds largest gaming publishers.

This role exposes you to technologies such as Java JavaScript / TypeScript SQL Python Docker AWS (EC2 S3 RDS SQS Cloud formation etc.) Gitlab and Linux.

Your mission at Irdeto :

Develop and operate cloud-based (AWS) applications with java spring and other modern web frameworks (e.g. Angular).

Work with stakeholders on architecting new features and delivering regular improvements to our products.

Design and implement online services with a focus on high availability service performance and reliability.

Develop maintain and document clean code in an agile manner as part of a mid-size Scrum team.

Deliver testable high-quality code and take operational responsibility for the components that you develop.

How can you add value to the team

You have obtained a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a similar field.

You can demonstrate experience in programming applications in Java using object-oriented development methods.

Experience with Spring PostgreSQL and Angular is desirable.

Affinity with cloud technologies (AWS etc.) is a plus.

Firm understanding of web protocols and technologies is a plus.

You bring analytical thinking and have a passion for solving problems.

You are able to communicate fluently in English (written and verbal).
