Senior Project Leader Product Development (f / m / div)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Leader to lead projects in the development and manufacturing of semiconductor products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, semiconductor manufacturing, and team leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery, and driving process improvements.

In your new job you will :

• Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
• Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans
• Lead cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Design, Test, Charactrization, Quality, Front End and Back End teams, etc. and drive very ambitious (short cycle) schedules
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and timelines fit into dynamic business needs
• Analyze and resolve project-related issues, using advanced problem-solving skills and root cause analysis
• Ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders and customers using active listening and conflict management skills
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
