- Team coordination across all current and future ITSM processes
- Cross-functional development of the ITSM roadmap within VIG
- Assumption of process ownership and role of VIG IT Change Manager;

Degree in (business) informatics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;ITSM expertise with a focus on change management
Lateral leadership : experience in functional leadership / team coordination across multiple ITSM processes;confident facilitation,conflict and escalation management
