In order to strengthen our IT team in one of our locations, we are looking for a

IT Service Coordinator (m / f / d)

YOU WILL.

Main tasks

  • Managing the service desk, including handling incoming service requests and ensuring that they are assigned to the appropriate team for resolution
  • Monitoring service levels and ensuring that they are consistently met or exceeded
  • Coordinating the delivery of IT services, including scheduling and prioritizing work, and communicating with stakeholders
  • Developing and maintaining service-related documents
  • Monitoring and reporting on service performance, including identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with other teams, such as the Division CPMS team and the Holding IT teams, to ensure that IT services are delivered in a coordinated and efficient manner
  • Contribute to our continuous improvement culture striving for excellence in each area

Requirements

  • University degree in IT, Business, or related field
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), German or other CEE language is an advantage
  • Good understanding of IT processes (ITIL knowledge preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Solid organizational and coordination abilitiesHands-on experience with MS Office and IT service management / ticketing tools
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently as well as in a team
