We are looking for a Product Manager Nordica Skis to join our company. Reporting directly to the Senior Product Manager of the Group , this role will be responsible for developing innovative, design-ready, and industrializable concepts for the brand’s new ski collections, in line with the strategic guidelines provided, managing the entire product development process.

In particular, the activities will be :

• Conduct research trips and collect data to identify new trends in the ski industry, assessing the needs of both subsidiaries and end consumers (e.g., organizing focus groups to gather customer feedback);
• Accurately analyze market requests regarding ski shapes, dimensions, colors, and graphics, and communicate them — in accordance with the project timeline — to the Nordica Ski Project Leader;
• Prepare project schedules, monitor progress across various activities, and analyze any deviations by applying the necessary corrective actions;
• Support the team during P.C.M. (Product Council Meetings) and I.D.M. (International Director Meetings) presentations;
• Continuously update knowledge of competitor brands’ offerings to ensure the competitiveness of Nordica’s collections;
• Attend major industry events and trade fairs related to technological innovation (e.g., ISPO) and liaise with national and international research bodies, companies, and organizations to gather ideas and insights to be transferred into product lines;
• Draft briefs for the R&D department in collaboration with the Skiboots Product Manager;
• Ensure that predefined performance objectives are met by attending product tests and supporting R&D with the necessary information to improve prototypes;
• Manage and coordinate both internal and external designers for the brand;
• Participate in all task force and sales meetings for the Nordica brand;
• Collaborate with Marketing & Communication areas of the Brand on all activities related to sales network support (e.g., ski tests with specialized retailers).
