Team Lead Software Development - Aerospace (m / f / d)
Do you have strong leadership abilities and a passion for developing safety-critical software in the aerospace industry? Then this newly established role might be the perfect fit. You'll guide, develop, and motivate our embedded software experts - driving innovation and excellence. Together with your team, you'll help shape the future of tomorrow's aircraft and spacecraft.
Your Tasks
- Supervise the execution of the embedded software development, technical activities, plan and allocate resources for projects
- Determine needs for trainings and adding capabilities
- Provide domain know-how and consultancy for product managers and in technical sales activities
- Lead the team to deliver best results (regarding quality, scope, and time) and manage team performance in an inspiring & motivating way
- Create effort estimations and project plans with technical leaders in the team
- Improve and standardize domain-specific processes, procedures, and workflows
- Execute decisions of the management / board and inform superiors about important issues

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade ("Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe") and we offer a minimum salary of € 65,000 gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
