Are you someone who likes to get involved, take responsibility, and make things happen?

We're looking for an Application Analyst (f / m / d) who wants to play an active role in driving a company's digital transformation. You'll support the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) across multiple sites not from the sidelines, but right at the center of it.This role is ideal for someone hands-on, curious, and solution-oriented, who's ready to turn business needs into real, working systems. You'll be working closely with an external implementation partner and internal teams, making sure technology actually works for people and not the other way around.

Your Responsibilities :

• Work closely with the implementation partner to ensure the project meets business objectives
• Collect and document requirements from different departments, translating them into clear technical instructions
• Configure Dynamics 365 F&O to align with business processes
• Support sites already using the system by troubleshooting and ensuring smooth operation
• Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops for users
• Provide ongoing support and drive continuous improvements after go-live
• Prepare user manuals and standard work instructions
• Serve as the main point of contact between IT teams, business users, and external partners
