What you'll get to do

We're looking for a SaaS Systems Operations Specialist (m / f / d) to manage and optimize the SaaS platforms that power our business. You'll configure, integrate, and enhance tools to ensure peak performance, seamless processes, and a great user experience across teams.

AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL

Manage, configure, and optimize CRM and other Business Ops SaaS tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, D365, etc.)

Maintain integrations and data flows to ensure accuracy, scalability, and compliance

Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve workflows and system performance

Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement long-term solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

Maintain system documentation and ensure transparency in processes

Identify and recommend new tools, features, and process improvements

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g. IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration) or relevant work experience in the area of System or CRM operations

Proven experience with SaaS platforms, CRM tools, and automation solutions

Good proficiency in scripting / coding (e.g. Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or Deluge)

Good understanding of APIs, integrations, databases and system architecture

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills

Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Fluency in English (German or other languages a plus

Commission or bonus

The annual gross minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on the Austrian law for this position is minimum EUR 54.000. This includes : full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance. Depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience your salary could be significantly higher.
