AS A PART OF OUR GENERAL ACCOUNTING TEAM
As a team leader in General Accounting, you will lead a team of experienced accountants, drive process improvements, act as a key liaison with Group Reporting and Country Finance teams to ensure the financial reports are prepared in a timely and accurate manner. You'll work in a collaborative, friendly environment alongside colleagues from diverse countries within the Coca Cola HBC Group, where knowledge-sharing and continuous learning are at the core of what we do. OUR NEW TEAM MEMBER NEEDS TO HAVE :
- 3+ Years of Accounting Experience, preferably in fast-moving, multinational environments and are ready to apply your expertise in a high-impact role.
- Educational Foundation : You hold a degree in Accounting or a related field—giving you the knowledge base to hit the ground running.
- Certified Professional Accountant : Holding ACCA or CIMA certification is a strong asset, demonstrating your commitment to professional excellence and best practices.
- Accounting Standards Expertise : Deep understanding of IFRS and core finance processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all reporting activities.
- People Leadership : Minimum of 1 year managing, building and developing motivated, high-performing accounting teams.
- ERP Expertise : You have hands-on experience with ERP systems and know how to navigate them efficiently. Bonus points if you're familiar with SAP.
- Excel Expertise : You're comfortable working with Excel to manage and analyze data, optimize workflows, and create meaningful reports.
- Fluency in English : You communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, ensuring seamless collaboration with colleagues across countries and functions.
- Results-Driven Mindset : You're always focused on delivering high-quality results with accuracy, and attention to detail and thrive on meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
- A Proactive Problem Solver : When challenges come up, you take initiative, leveraging your expertise and skills to resolve issues before they grow.
