• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Solution Designers and Solution Architects, focusing on B2B domain
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented chapter culture
• Define and enforce solution architecture standards across squads and initiatives
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture and business goals

Collaborate closely with product and tech leadership to drive agile delivery and architectural excellence
