Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate with German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, providing outstanding support.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and services.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management for service improvement.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and assist in onboarding new team members.
Requirements
Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Knowledge over Technical Troubleshooting is advantageous.Prior customer service experience is preferable.Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, managing time effectively.A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.Benefits
