Deine Mission bei uns

Als engagierter Deputy Customer Service Manager (m / w / d) unterstützt du unseren Head of Customer Service in der fachlichen Führung unseres Customer Service Teams. Die disziplinarische Führung verbleibt beim Head of Customer Service. In dieser Schlüsselposition agierst Du als zentraler Ansprechpartner für unser Team, stellst die Einhaltung unserer hohen Servicestandards sicher und trägst maßgeblich zur Exzellenz unserer Kundenbeziehungen bei. Du bist dabei nicht nur eine führende Kraft, sondern bringst Dich auch aktiv in das Tagesgeschäft ein, um unser Team bestmöglich zu unterstützen und zu coachen.

Deine Aufgaben

• Agieren als „Playing Captain“ und Übernahme von Aufgaben innerhalb des Teams
• Unterstützung des Head of Customer Service bei der fachlichen Anleitung
• Schulung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Customer Service Mitarbeiter.
• Vermittlung von Best Practices und Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Servicequalität.
• Organisation der täglichen Arbeitsabläufe inkl. Diensteinteilung
• effiziente Zuordnung von Aufgaben an das Team
• Überwachen von Servicequalität durch regelmäßiges Feedback, Coaching und Analyse von Kennzahlen
• Erste Anlaufstelle für komplexe Kundenanfragen und Eskalationen
• Wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Customer Service Team und anderen Abteilungen

Dein Profil

Was wir dir bieten :

Wir bieten für diese Position ein Jahresgrundgehalt von EUR 32.242,00 bis EUR 41.104,00 gemäß Kollektivvertrag Handel. Eine marktkonforme Überzahlung, die deine individuelle Qualifikation und Erfahrung würdigt, ist für uns selbstverständlich.
