The Manager – HR Advisory & Support plays a crucial role in our RAA P&C Team. You'll lead a team that offers expert advice, manages HR & ER administration, oversees people data, handles knowledge management, and supports HRIS systems. Reporting to the Senior Manager Employee Relations, you'll focus on delivering top-notch customer service and helping employees and leaders with their HR queries.
Key Responsibilities :
- Hands on leadership of HR advisory and support services, maintaining high service standards and leading continuous improvement. Acting as a point of escalation and mentoring within the broader team.
- Develop processes, procedures and workflows to ensure consistent, high-quality advice and case management.
- Manage case and call volumes, and ensure that key metrics and service level agreements are met.
- Oversee documentation, record-keeping, projects, which support efficient operations and organisational compliance with employment legislation and policies.
- Manage HR databases, processes, and templates to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Address and escalate HR, IR & ER queries.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to uphold best practices and drive process improvements.
- Support policy development, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a key contact for employee queries.
