Tasks
Support the sales team in daily administrative and operational tasks
Prepare and follow up on offers, orders, and customer correspondence
Maintain and update the CRM system (customer data, sales reports, etc.)
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and presentations
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
Assist with sales campaigns, events, and trade fairs
Create reports and presentations for management
Requirements
Completed commercial and or Engineering education or relevant experience
Ideally 1–3 years of experience in sales assistance, administration, or customer service
Excellent German and good English (spoken and written)
Confident use of MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus
Independent, structured, and service-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and team spirit
