Overview :
For the development and expansion of our core business, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager (m / f / d) to strengthen our sales team in Austria.
As an Account Manager, your task is to further expand the market for Zebra's extensive and innovative portfolio, which combines software solutions, hardware such as mobile scanners, tablets, printers, RFID and tracking products including software.
Responsibilities :
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients in Austria(especially in the areas of T+L and manufacturing)
- Understand clients' business goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to expand the client base.
- Effectively communicate client needs to internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of products
- Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on industry knowledge.
