For our Central Customer & Sales Support Team based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria) we are currently looking for a

Customer & Sales Support – focus order fulfillment, full- or part time (f / m / x)

What's it all about?

  • You independently handle customer and support inquiries from international customers, colleagues and sales partners
  • You accurately manage and enter orders and data in our ERP system
  • You plan and monitor delivery dates and ensure complete and punctual delivery of orders
  • You interact with shipping companies, chambers of commerce, customs authorities and other key stakeholders and manage the logistics of our large export volumes

What are we looking for?

  • You have finished commercial education (apprenticeship / HAK / HLW) or bring work experience in a related field
  • You like to work independently as part of a motivated team and strive to provide best solutions
  • You have strong communication skills in English and German and a proactive and customer-focused mindset
  • You enjoy organizing yourself and working on the PC with various systems
