Responsibilities

Essential requirements

• University's degree or Vocational Training (Ausbildung) in HR Administration & Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Generalist OR 5 years as HRBP, possibly in a matrix environment
• Sound knowledge of German Labor and Social Law
• Experience in working with Works Council
• Fluent German, fluent English
