Role Summary :

The HR People Partner – Group Functions Technical & Sustainability, Procurement, HR & Facility Management Vienna serves as a first point of contact for ~210 employees and managers across the relevant Group Functions based in Vienna who provides leadership and guidance on individual HR needs and generate employee insights that influence organisational strategies.

Your Responsibilities :

• Serves as the HR of record in SAP SuccessFactors for employees in the assigned client groups.
• Provide employees and managers with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issues and an individual employee-related HR matters;
• escalates concerns beyond their scope to HR Business Partners;

navigates employees andmanager to People Operations Specialists when it is the more appropriate resource.
