- Independent research in the research area of pedagogical professionalisation and counselling as well as education and training
- Research on professionalisation, pedagogical professionalisation, higher education, counselling, mediation, educational theory, methods / methodology
- Carrying out independent teaching
- Supervision of academic qualification theses and collaboration in ongoing examinations
- Independent application for third-party funding
- Participation in university self-administration
- Participation in further education programmes
Your profile :
