Position : Content Moderator with German
Location : Hybrid, Qormi, Malta (office) AND remote from anywhere in Malta
Employment type : Full-time
Remuneration : Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Review user-generated content (e.g. sales ads)
- Support users and answer their questions via email
- Respond to customer inquiries on all topics related to the online marketplace
- Participate in regular training sessions to learn and maintain expert knowledge of publication rules, market trends and moderation best practices
- Provide feedback to managers on trends, common end-user mistakes and questions
- Give an input on improvements of publication rules to improve user experiences
- Follow communication procedures and policies
- Evaluate and make decisions in accordance with defined policies and guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS :
Native / fluent in German both verbal and written.
