SouthStarter.Com is building an AI-native platform that helps entrepreneurs in emerging markets access world-class expertise on demand. At the heart of the product is an intelligent matching agent that connects business leaders with vetted human and AI experts and capital providers across product, growth, fundraising, legal, and more - so they can make smarter decisions, faster.

I’m looking for a CTO / Tech Co-Founder to join early and lead the technical side of the build. You’ll architect our agent, design the infrastructure, and shape the product from the ground up. About the Role – What I’m Looking For in a CTO / Tech Co-Founder

• A product-obsessed builder with experience in early-stage environments
• Strong background in AI / ML, especially LLMs, embeddings, and agent frameworks
• Passion for designing smart, modular systems that evolve with user needs
• Experience (or interest) in tools like Supabase, Cursor, Loveable.Dev, Vercel, Pinecone, and modern API-first development is a plus
• Belief in the mission of democratizing expert access and empowering overlooked founders
• Startup co-founder energy : bias to action, curiosity, and deep ownership
