Join our team at BRP and shape the future of product development As a Lead Simulation Engineer (m / f / d), you will support our development department with precise calculations and modeling that are crucial for the quality, efficiency, and innovation of our products

Your Responsibilities

• Perform simulation tasks to support the product development process
• Independently create models, run calculations, and assess results
• Compare simulation outcomes with real-world data and evaluate accuracy
• Analyze and document results, including the preparation of technical reports
• Develop new methods and continuously improve existing processes
• Drive the technical advancement of the department
• Supervise internships, theses, and dissertations
• Manage and collaborate with external service providers

Your Experiences And Skills

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 3–5 years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Solid expertise in fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and combustion

Proficiency in simulation and analysis tools such as :

GT-Power

• Star-CCM+
• OpenFOAM

Matlab / Simulink

Programming skills are an advantage

• Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken)
• Independent, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset with strong teamwork skills

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 66.740,94 gross / year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
