SHOPMANAGER (M / W / D)

in Vollzeit

Du bist verantwortlich für den reibungslosen Ablauf in der gesamten Filiale und bist in jeder Hinsicht Vorbild für das gesamte Team. Wenn du Spaß an neuen Trends hast und es verstehst ein Team zu führen - dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig!

DEINE AUFGABEN :

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung deiner Filiale
  • Erreichung der Budgetziele
  • Personalauswahl sowie die Personalbedarfsplanung
  • Mitarbeiterentwicklung und Trainings
  • Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung

DEIN PROFIL :

  • Mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft
  • Selbstständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamplayer und kompetente Führungspersönlichkeit
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse oder Englischkenntnisse

    For our ZARA HOME flagship store in the heart of Vienna, we are looking for, with immediate start :

    STORE MANAGER (M / F / D)

    Full-time

    You will be responsible for the smooth operation of the entire store and act as a role model for the whole team in every aspect. If you enjoy new trends and know how to lead a team, then you are exactly who we are looking for!

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Independent management of your store
  • Achieving budget targets
  • Recruitment and workforce planning
  • Staff development and training
  • Strong focus on service and customer satisfaction

    • YOUR PROFILE :

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a leadership role
  • Independent and well-organized work style
  • Team player with strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of German or English
