Representative Customer Service Commercial (f / m / d)

In this role, you are the main point of contact for assigned customers, responsible for executing the Lead-to-Order (L2O) process and managing all commercial requests in line with AT&S procedures. You are involved in coordinating with internal departments, handling pricing and master data, supporting sales activities, and ensuring proactive, high-quality customer communication.

Your Responsibilities

• Independently manage and grow a portfolio of small business customers, overseeing the full L2O and O2C process.
• Execute and manage the end-to-end L2O process for assigned customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Act as the primary commercial contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting pricing, quotations, and customer communication
• Coordinate cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Engineering to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
• Maintain and update SAP master data (customer, material, pricing) and external customer tools (e.G., JIRA, ARIBA)
• Support commercial activities including price negotiations, credit checks, KPI tracking, and customer surveys
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data, reporting insights, and proactively managing customer feedback and complaints
