- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain meticulous service records.
Requirements
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.Experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or related industries.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the pharmaceuticals industry is a plus.Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.Benefits
