Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients across various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, and general information concerning the Food & Beverage offerings.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex issues effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
- Document all customer interactions precisely and provide regular reports on customer feedback and issues.
- Support marketing initiatives by gathering and reporting customer insights.
Requirements
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.Experience in customer service, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.Strong communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.Ability to troubleshoot issues and offer tailored solutions to customers.Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Passion for food and beverage and a desire to enhance customer experiences.Benefits
