- Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients in the manufacturing sector via phone, email, and chat.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as sales and logistics to provide accurate information and support to clients.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of company products, processes, and policies to serve customers effectively.
- Document customer interactions and ensure accurate information retrieval for future reference.
- Promote and educate customers on new products and services.
Requirements
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the manufacturing industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.A proactive approach to work and a desire to contribute to team success.Benefits
